What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through the website forms:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), subject, message and the brand it concerns.
• Catering enquiry: your name, phone, email, the catering service, event date, number of guests and your notes.
• Job application: your name, email, phone, department or role, cover letter and CV file.

The assistant (chat) answers from the information published on this website. We do not store your chat questions.

How we use it

• To answer your message or enquiry and arrange catering you ask about.
• To review your job application and contact you about it.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions).

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your message is emailed to the EAST International team responsible for it (for example, recruitment for job applications) and stored in our website's database. Only authorised staff with a personal, password-protected account can view it.

CVs are stored in a private area of our server that is not reachable from the internet; they can only be downloaded by authorised recruitment staff.

Our website and email are hosted by our hosting provider, who processes this information on our behalf. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our normal business records. We keep job applications for as long as they are useful for recruitment. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work:

• east_locale — remembers your language (English or Arabic).
• east_csrf — protects our forms against forged submissions.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

To count page views, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors. It records anonymous details such as the page visited, the referring website, and the country and type of device.

Other services

The locations map loads map images from OpenFreeMap (based on OpenStreetMap data). Links to delivery apps (such as Talabat, Keeta, Deliveroo and Snoonu), catering apps, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram and LinkedIn open those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@eastkwt.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and staff accounts are protected by strong passwords. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
